Home Staging Consultation 
I will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  I will go over an 8-step home staging process while walking through your home and evaluating each room as a buyer would.  I will visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home and giving you the photos to use in your marketing efforts.  We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home 

Home Staging Service 
To ensure the home will be shown at its finest, each of the home’s main living areas (the foyer, formals, kitchen/breakfast, family room and master bedroom/bath) will be edited and arranged to show off its best features and down play any trouble spots.  Clutter elimination, organizing, furniture placement, accessories and lighting are just a few of the areas I consider when staging each room for show.  A detailed printed analysis of repairs or improvements in suggested priority that may be essential in the re-sale potential of your home will be supplied to both the homeowner and the real estate agent. 

Move-In and Redesign Service
By rearranging your existing furnishings, I’ll give your home a whole new look and feel.  The consultation begins with a walk-through of your home.  I will give you ideas for organizing, updating paint color, flooring, fabric selection, lighting, and proper furniture and accessory placement.  I may recommend furniture or accessory purchases, which I would be happy to assist you with.

Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that either will serve as investments in the sale of your home or make your home more appealing to you.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.
